1. Order Cancellation
a) Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via:

If the order is not packed, we will cancel it immediately.
b) After Dispatch
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
You may refuse the package at the time of delivery.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective item
- Missing product
- Size issue (only if eligible in the product description)
- Refunds will not be given for:
- Colour differences due to lighting
- Minor measurement variations
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
Refund Process
- Send photos/video proof within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- After verification, we will initiate:
- Replacement OR
- Store credit OR
- Refund (if applicable)
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. Return Conditions
The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Original tag & packaging intact
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Innerwear/lingerie
- Clearance/sale products
- Customized stitched items
