1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

2. Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes:
- Tamil Nadu: 1–3 days
- South India: 2–5 days
- Rest of India: 3–7 days
Remote location delivery may take 1–2 extra days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charge applies for orders (visible at checkout)
4. Cash on Delivery
- COD is available only for selected products & pin codes.
5. Tracking Orders
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
6. Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable:
- Courier will attempt delivery twice
- If still undelivered, the order will be returned to us
